Is your Samsung Galaxy Tab A, working the the Go App version 3.1.22?

Mine stopped a few weeks ago and continues to crash even with the updated version 3.1.22, but at least the gimbal disconnected mssg is gone...grrrr

What version of Android are you using?

I have a tab a 7 it was working fine but recently the image quality is very poor so i stopped using it

Funny the Go app 4 works fine but not the Go app . Don't understand that when the Go app worked fine for 8 moths then BAM crash after crash after crash

Can you export the app crash log for us to check? Please connect your phone with PC and find the file in /DJI/dji.pilot/LOG/CRASH. And you can try to clear the cache files and reinstall the app.

But the crash (S) where when I was using my Samsung galaxy tab A, so should they be on it?

How do I find the files in the tablet?

Flew mine today with the Gal Tab A and it ran perfect, maybe reinstall the go app, if that doesnt work you can always try to reformat the tabA (hard reset)
