Ok got it...
On my wife's phone, I'm missing the 3 flights that do not have the little cloud on my phone.
Just deleted those 3 flights from my phone and then sync is working again...

Do you backup the record before your deleting it? If you have, could you please upload the files to Dropbox so I can try if we can check more info?

@ MaxHeadRoom
I fixed my sync issue by deleting the flight without the cloud on the top right (just sweep the flight to the left and select the trash icon).
Thor might be interested to have a look at the TXT file of the corrupted flight record (I have already deleted mine)...

Hi sir, so the records have synced in DJI GO 4 app and all of them have little clouds behind them, right? Just to verify, do you have another mobile device? If you have, you can download DJI GO 4 app to that device, log in the same account and sync the records. See if the records will show all on that device.

I synced my flights onto an android device and there are 7 flights missing when I compare it to the flights on my Ipad Mini 4. So it would seem that not all the flights are being synced even though they have the cloud icon. I think this issue has really only started with V4.1.18

You see I dont have that problem. All my records are sync as far I can see. I dont have any flights without the cloud. I have also removed and reinstalled the app on both my iphone and ipad and android Tab2. Mine it looks like its stuck on my Mavic pro profile. My spark and now sold Phantom's flight logs are fine. Its the mavic's logs that is not being updated under the mavics profile. The Mavic's logs are in the all flights view but not under the mavic's profile section.

Really weird.

Here is the way to export the record .txt file:
For Android devices, connect the device to the computer, find the flight records stored in …/sdcard/DJI/dji.go.v4/FlightRecord/SyncResult, and copy the required flight records to the computer.
But I am afraid the previous records you deleted have gone. Maybe the next time you find a record which prevents you to sync to the cloud, you can export the file out first.

Sometimes it get buggy... like some other things in the app.... try again later or wait "patiently" for an update to fix the issue....

It seems to be an Android DJI Go4 issue - I have had the same sync error on my Crystalsky/ Mavic Pro Platinum setup since the second flight, 5 days ago. However all the flight records have sync'd fine with Airdata site. So it would seem there is some formatting of the data problem with the DJI flight log servers. Maybe someone needs to have a check of the transfer logs on the servers to see why this is happening. It's not the flight data per say where the error is occurring, just how the data is being ingested on the server side.

Here are the screenshots. With the Ipad mini 4 which I use for flying, the total number of flights is 373 and distance is 1165091. The android phone I synced only has 366 flights and a distance of 1134001 which is also the distance showing for me on this forum.

Thanks for the answer, I already have another failed sync.

I did a test fight today for checking the flight record syncing. What I was particularly careful with this time was to give the Mavic Pro Platinum time at the start and end of the flight to clean save the flight record - before exiting DJI Go4 app and shutting down the MMP. My thinking being that the record file might have been truncated is either the app or the drone was powered off before the data was fully saved. Anyway this flight record synced fine. So I then copied over the previous flight record .txt file to the relevant app directory, and tried syncing with that too. It failed - so I deleted the 'bad' record again and tried syncing again - and it worked fine once more. So my assumption is that those flight records that don't sync are missing a checksum on the transfer attempts to the flight record servers - and the sync errors out - also stopping any 'good' files from being uploaded after the 'bad' one in the flight record stack. I'll be testing some more over the next few days - weather permitting!

Thor, I have sent you the PM, let me know if you don't get it. I had 6 flights today, 3 with the Mavic and 3 with the P4Pro. I synced the flights and all showed the cloud icon and there was no problem with the sync but when I synced to Airdata who get their info form the DJI database, only 3 flights had been synced. Out of the 6 flights, the first, third and fifth flights did not sync. So now I have 10 flights missing. If the engineers can't find the reason, then I would be happy to upload my flight records so they can look at them to find where the problem is.

I don't think that is correct because I am missing a number of flight records from within the middle of others. For example, today in 6 flights, flights 1, 3 and 5 did not sync. The previous time, I had 7 flights and flights 3 and 4 did not syncAlso, I am able to manually upload the missing flights to Airdata and they are uploaded without any problem so there is no corruption in the flight record.

Hi Jenee, got your PM and noted with thanks. I had forwarded that info to our engineers. They will help to confirm, I will get back to you once I hear something from them. BTW, I am sorry to tell Airdata isn't the supported software/platform by DJI, so I am not able to say if it is accurate if you access the data on Airdata. But will definitely forward to our engineers to confirm another 6 flights have generated. Appreciate your feedback.

New issue for me too. I'm on the latest app version for Apple and normally sync my flights to my other Android phone as well as AirdataUAV.. In the past 2 weeks I have 3 flights that are just outright "missing" when I try to sync them (they're on the original iPad that I flew with, but can't get them anywhere else)

DJI -- Please fix this.. This was not an issue up until recently.

I had a similar issue. I found that the flight records are actually on the device but the app isn’t displaying them.

Thanks Thor. When I sync my flights they all have a cloud after the sync. The only way I know if flights have not uploaded is to also sync them with Airdata. Because Airdata gets its info from the DJI server, I can see in Airdata which flights are missing.

"Because Airdata gets its info from the DJI server"
Are you sure about that? I thought it was done with HD sync, because you can sync to Airdate without ever sync to Dji cloud.

No, you have to sync with DJI first. HD Sync has a message at the bottom as a reminder to sync with DJI first.

This summer Sync to Dji server did not work for me but all flights were in Airdata server.

"HD Sync simplifies the process of uploading DJI GO log files from your Android phone/tablet to Airdata com.

Instead of having to connect your device to a desktop PC and transfer the files manually, it will upload the files directly to Airdata com for you.

2 modes are available:
Automatic Sync - this will upload the DJI GO log files as soon as you turn off the motors. All new flights you make with DJI GO will be uploaded automatically, even if the HD Sync app is closed.

Manual Sync - click the "Sync Now" button to manually synchronize all log files that were not yet synchronized."
I suspect this is right info as this is as it works for me.
Airdata  get the log from your device not Dji server.

Yes, I am already using the automatic sync but it only happens if you have synced with DJI first.

This is an extract from the Airdata page:

"Automatically sync your DJI GO flights directly with Airdata.com. Enter your DJI credentials below as an alternative to using the HD Sync App on your phone/tablet.

Please note: After completing a flight(s), always be sure to sync with the DJI Cloud from the DJI GO App before syncing with Airdata.com (otherwise no new flights will be found). Instructions can be found here.

Flights will automatically synchronize daily when you view your flight list. Otherwise, automatic synchronization will occur weekly."

If I don't do a DJI sync first then nothing appears in Airdata and to set it up, you have to provide your DJI login details.

Try to sync today an did not have the "Sync flight records failed" message. But  out of 11.622m travel distance on my phone, only  10.567 are synchronized...
About 5 flights are not properly synchronized but the warning message has disappeared.
I wonder if DJI is considering the sync failed issue fixed since I do not have the warning message

We located the bug the previous flight record data migration was incomplete, which may cause some old fight record sync error. The server engineers are fixing it.

The total flight number, distance, time is the sum number of local flight record items. If more records are successfully downloaded, the number is larger. We arranged the plan for displaying same total number on different devices. It needs some time for engineers to complete the work. Thanks.

Great stuff, I just checked the syncing this morning with the new iOS app and still the same. It looks like its only on my mavic's profile.

Many thanks for the feedback. It would be awesome to get this sorted out. Also would be great if there would be a way to view all your flight logs on your website.

Well, good new.. sort of...  Went flying this afternoon and did 3 flights totaling 70,710 feet (21552M)  and just tried to sync them.  The good news was that today's flights synced perfectly.  The bad news is that the other three that I've been having problems with failed again.  At least it's not getting worse... so far.

Gday yeah I had sync problem also , I noticed in the flight logs my phantom 4 & mavic had a couple of flights each without the little cloud in the top right corner so I swiped left & deleted those logs & sync'ed "all" , worked just fine.

I had two flights that failed to synchronise every time I tried.  Today I tried again and they synced! Looks like DJI may have fixed the issue in their server.
