We located the bug the previous flight record data migration was incomplete, which may cause some old fight record sync error. The server engineers are fixing it.

The total flight number, distance, time is the sum number of local flight record items. If more records are successfully downloaded, the number is larger. We arranged the plan for displaying same total number on different devices. It needs some time for engineers to complete the work. Thanks.

Great stuff, I just checked the syncing this morning with the new iOS app and still the same. It looks like its only on my mavic's profile.

And I got your PM, I think it relates to the 6 months syncing. Just to verify, do the flights of your Mavic all generated in 2017?
It seems there is a development of this issue, please try to sync again and see if it helps.

All flights are now marked with a cloud but the total flight distance under my avatar is still lower that the total flight distance on the GO4 App..
The difference in flight distance between the Web site and GO4 App is the length of the flight that did not previously sync...
[EDIT]: 12hours later, flight distance is now identical on Website & GO4 App - I guess some server delay in updating profile. All Good

- I just did a sync all and it failed with the full sync
- I did buy my mavic in Apr 2017 so all flight logs must be from 2017
- What I do see is. When the sync fails and I press cancel to remove the sync box I can see all the flights. But when I swipe left to check my spark or my old phantom flight logs and I swipe back to the mavic I only see 5 flight logs. It looks like it not keeping it under the profile.

The logs I am seeing under my mavic's profile is between 10/04/2017 and 13/05/2017. Under the total flights for the Mavic its 36 flights but only seeing the 5

For me 6 month syncing works on all devices but 'all' does not, so it's probably an older corrupt record. My old iPhone shows 910km, my new iPhone shows 614km, and my 'flight distance' in my DJI profile shows '963,590'. All fail to sync at 92-95% on the 'All' setting.

would very much appreciate whatever you can do on the back end to fix this.

Hi mate, I really appreciate your feedback, would you kindly provide me with the sync log as well? This is significant to us.
Below's the way to export the log:
1. Install iTools (https://www.thinkskysoft.com/itools-4-for-windows/ or https://www.thinkskysoft.com/itools-for-mac/ )
2. Try to sync all your flight logs and wait until it fails. Then connect your devices to your PC/Mac.
3. Go to Apps->iOS Apps->DJI GO 4, click Document.
4. Go to /Document/Tmp, then export the log file and send it to us.
Please upload it to Dropbox so I can download it. Thank you!

Update, I have new the new iOS version installed on my iPhone X and if I do a full sync it completes and I do have my flight count went up from 79 to 129 flights. This is good news that they are synced. The next oddity is that when I scroll to my Mavic pro I see the total flights of 39 but in my flight list I only see 5 entries.

Hope this makes sense Thor

Hi there, our engineers have been doing things on your log. If you are in urgently selling your phone, you can export the record .txt files, when you log in the same account on your new phone, you can import the records, then you will be able to view if when you sync it out.

I currently have and fly my spark and the Mavic. The Phantom 3 Pro was sold last year before I got the Mavic. I will try and do a sync again this evening and supply some feedback.
