I would like to ask, I’m using dji spark that connected to ios version 11.1 iphone 6. When I try to stitching pano sphere on spark, it’s always failed and force close. Could you please let me know why? please help me

It's app bug....Wait for fix as all of us..

I would recommend you clean your phone's memory or change another device as stitching pano need a large space. I think the next version will have better performance. Thanks for your patience.

Two days ago, I asked to dji support, the customer service’s name was Anthony. He said that is bug and the dji go 4 new version will be released soon. It was released the next day, but after I updated it on my device, nothing’s different

I think that is enough. Did you use the phone in our recommended list? And please note that our engineers are trying their best to optimize the app.

How do I know what are the phone that recommended for pano sphere?

Seems like Pano Sphere can only be viewed using DJI Go 4 app
Downloaded to phone, photo is there but not sphere looking
Downloaded to PC, file name not supported (.html)

Sorry for the trouble it brings. Here is the recommended list:

If you download an app called THETA+ (available for ios and android) to your device
Step 1 take 360pano
step 2 down load in DJIGO4 app (my ipad2 takes a long time to download and stitch the image so be patient)
step 3 save image (it will save as a flat image on your device)
step 4 open THETA+
step 5 select the flat 360pano image
step 6 select the way you would like to edit the image (mirror ball, small planet)
step 7 once you are happy with the image save
step 8 view image in photos and share

Yes, in any other place pano downloaded is flat file and u need 3rd paty app to see it or upload to facebook,instagram, kuula.co to give it 360 look - u dont have deafult tool in pc.mac to watch 360 3d panos only in apps or web pages with proper javascript libraries

I have only used it to save a couple of small planet images, they saved to Photos on my Ipad.
I haven't tried it on an android device yet.
And to be honest I didn't know you could save a video.

I'm trying to get there on my latest update Have panoramic but that's it no sphere?+?

I have updated Dji Go this morning, try the sphere function for the first time but cannot stitch using Iphone 6+. Assistance please.

Hi All, I tried the sphere pano. I have the 46 pics on the SD (SD Card\DCIM\PANORAMA\100_0002) but I cannot find how to stitch them. DJI GO4 app Editor / Album does not show any photos, and don't see any other option. I tried with SD in AC (AC connected to APP) also I tried to put the SD in my phone. Same in both cases.  Do I do something wrong, or 3rd party app is needed to complete ? ( I have android & the latest DJI GO 4). Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

I'm an android user, samsung s8.... Mine does not work like this, the only way i can save it is if i screen shot the 360 from DJI GO app as it will not allow me to download the image as i can with standard image and video>?

Hello Agus, Clear memory cache on SPARK, I test it and it resolved my problem. :-)

I have this problem too. I’m on vacation now, downloaded the newest DJI go app before I left because there is not much internet where I’m at.
Every time I want to stitch a 360pano, I get an error!
It says “stitching failed”

I know that you have to put it together in theta if you want a tiny world, but I can’t even export a 360pano.
I can take the single pictures from the sad card though

Not had any problems using my Iphone 6, did one yesterday

Maybe your phone got throttled by apple to save you from battery problem (read this [url=https://www.trymodern.com/2884/apple-intentionally-throttles-older-phones-to-prevent-unexpected-battery-issues]article{/url] and the processors capabilities are not sufficient.
I'd try to get my phone battery replaced.
Guess that is one of the few explanations why some iphone 6 have no trouble stitching panoramas and others do.
Of course it could depend on the iOS version too, but I am on android, so I don't know anything about that.

My Iphones battery was ruined and if it was slightly cold it would drop 40-50% of the battery in less than a minute. Took it to an Apple store get a new battery but for whatever reason they couldn't put a new one in so they just gave me a brand new phone, not bad for £79! And if you do it at the moment i think its only £25!

i use auto pana giga

exported to flat image

My phone gallery can see it's panorama pics (samsung) and see an effect with VR or something like that.

But when open THeta +, it not see any panorama picture.

same i just tested shows as pano sphere in app , actually it had a red highlight on the download tab after it was processed.. and then in my ph was a bad attempt of somthing ....

i have an iPhone X and the stitching process continues to freeze

I ended up deleting DJI go 4 app and reinstalling...no issues now and the stitching works
