Hi GuysMy name is HYOKOTA and im writing you from Japan.

I tried today to unlock a NFZ and I went in to the DJI Go 4 app to the about tab.
I could see 2 types serial number. (Please refer to the attached image)

-flight controller serial number :095XDCK002
-Transmitter serial number : 09KL3A0LU87480

I requested Individual unlocking on DJI official website using both numbers ,
but I received a reply the following...
"Your Individual unlocking application has been rejected. The flight controller serial number is not correct."

Do you have any solutions ??
Would you please point out any mistakes to me in my way of application ??

I requested today Individual unlocking via http://www.dji.com/jp/flysafe/geo-system/individual-unlock using 095XDCK002. this is correct ?

I received a reply " The flight controller serial number is not correct." ...

unfortunatley, i cannot help you out on the steps for self unlocking, as this is not possible in my region.
But strange, that it doesnt accept your FC´s SN?
Maybe a Moderator can help out here?

Have you contacted DJI Flysafe? You will also need to be up to date with your firmware.

I received a reply from DJI Flysafe today.

”Thank you for contacting DJI flysafe team.
This two SN are all isn't correct. Please let your APP connect to the aircraft at first.
The the flight controller SN can be found in DJI GO > General Settings > About."

I went in to the DJI GO 4 app to the about tab and I could see a different number than last time.
The flight controller serial number : 095XDCK002   →  095XDCK002023T (Plz refer to the attached image)

I dont know why but this number is correct...?

Send them this screenshot and see what they say.

I received a reply from DJI Flysafe today.

”Thank you for contacting DJI flysafe team.

I agreed with skyclip. Please provide the screenshot to flysafe and follow their instruction. If they do not reply you, please send me your email address to me or PM me. I can help you contact flysafe and solve your problem.

I sent an email to DJI Flysafe just now.

Supporter says that the reason why the flight controller SN was changed is because my APP didn`t connect to the aircraft at the first time.
And the correct flight controller SN is 095XDCK002023T.

Thanks to everybody, I could unlock a NFZ finally.

And I have one more question.
This 2017-11-15 12:00:00 means UTC ? EST ? or JST ?

Will I fly a drone after 12:00 pm 15/11/17 within this NFZ ?

Where did you find the proper S/N?

S/N written on the sticker inside RC and from the app settings don't work.
