What speed does it say on the card, generally if it was a free card with the phone I wouldn’t expect it it to be fast enough for the drone. I use sandisk extreme pro.

Picture not on focus, but it's good to use U3 micro sd card with 90mb/s or even faster, and look for HS initials on it

Did you first format the card, in the drone, rather than on any other device?

'i would think that my card in my phone would be better than the one in my drone anyone else have this problem???'

A camera shooting video in 4K is going to have a higher speed requirement than any phone will. I cannot really read what is on the card, the picture is too poor, but that is certainly not a fast card. The faster Sandisk cards are not black for a start, mostly red or orange.

My phone shoots 4K but I agree with you that doesn’t look like a fast card. To the OP I would invest in some fast cards. I like to have a few 64g cards.  You can never have enough cards.

Compare that card to the original sd card copter came with...you;ll find very different. Speed/class needs to be much higher.

We suggest using SD card with Class 10/UHS-1 and above and writing speed with 60Mbps. Please kindly choose original SD card from the SD card company, which can be sure about the full test of its stability and compatibility.

Totally agree......was told by a pilot that you should always try to use a class 10 SD card. When looking for the number on the card, it's very hard to see. It's the # inside that very small circle.

Bought a sandisk extreme 32 gig yesterday.
And its either faulty or still not fast enough for the drone taking it back today and swapping for a sandisk extreme pro 32 gig.
If that doesnt work i guess ill be sending drone in for repair again lol

Micro SD Max capacity: 64 GB Class 10 or UHS-1 rating required.  That's the DJI info I found.

Unfortunately, testing an SD card in a computer tells you almost nothing. A computer does not place any speed demand on the card, whereas the aircraft requires it to work near it's maximum write speed rating.

It turns out the card was faulty.
I returned it to the retailer along with my drone they tried the same things i did then tried a new card and everything worked fine
