DJI App says 'account not found' when i try to login  (and account exists, cause i'm logged in now, right?).
and also, when i try to create a new account from DJI App, it says login already used..... so... what to do now... ?


and when i clicked  'remind me password by email'.
I've received some link to skypixel.com site .. ??? is it some kind of phishing/scam ??

Can you log in your account in our official website? You can try to create a new account in our website instead. Thanks for support.

You are able to log into this forum, which is a good sign. Are you using the same username (email) for this forum that you have used for activating your Spark? Then it's all you need. If you have used other credentials for the activation, you have to use those I'd say.

i used the same email, i dont know why i couldnt login, i've reset password by tihs   skypixel site - WTF is that ?
and now it works and also it changed my password to DJI site...

Skypixel is the DJI site for uploading your great pictures and videos made with your DJI AC.

I cannot sign in to DJI GO App:

Weird thing happened to my dji go app as well. IOS: updated app to latest .20 4 dayes ago. Made even some test flight with latest app version and craft + battery frimwares. This morning I got a notification on my Apple app store with update for dji go. Checked it and is the .20. Checked my dji go app version and it was back to .18. How it happened I have no clue. Left it on .18. Haven’t made test flight yet. Very windy today in NJ.
Weird.

Help ! i have reset my samsung tablet , now i have instal dji go app , but i can not login with the same Email and password as i use on skypixel ???
