So my MPP shipped and the delivery day was set for 2017-08-11 at 10:30 am so we were all set to be there to sign for the delivery.
Well lord and behold the package was delivere on 2017-07-11 at 11:30 am, one deay earlier.  Lucky that my wife was theer to
receive it and sign for it.  Otherwise FedEx would have taken it back to the barn and tried again the next day.   So for those that
have been given a delivery time and date, beware cause it could arrive a day or two earlier!

So now I have plans on activating it and testing it tomorrow, Saturday.  Can't wait...   LOL!

The wait was well worth it for all that are still waiting, hang in there!

I am curious how the 1080-60p footage turns out of the MPP.
It was rather bad on the MP.

Congrats - u gonna love it. if this is yr first drone then i recommend to try to take it slow for as long as possible - there is a lot of new stuff to get yr head around - and be careful of the wind. Mavic handles wind well to a point - after that point you are in trouble. fly safe, enjoy, good luck.

Thanks for the imput Bekaru Tree...  Actually this is my second drone.  The first was all manual and no GPS or any of the bells and whistle that the MPP has.  However, I plan to take it slow until I get well acquainted it.

Beginner mode is your friend. After a few flights though, the temptation is too strong

Hey Javey, you're right, beginners mode all the way for the first couple of hours than we get adventurous.

Congrats, I ordered my platinum pro on Monday and it is at the house today. I'm out of town till Monday and never expected that quick of delivery. I also ordered tons of stuff including a Ipad mini 4.

Does anyone know when the platinums will be shipped in general to the netherlands? I ordered the mpp 3.5 weeks ago at a droneshop here and they were telling me that the mpp will come end of october , first week november. When i call them they havent heard anything yet from their supplier. So i wonder if the mpps been shipped already to netherlands or will this be not for a long time?
