Shoot 2 panoramas of the same scene. One -0.3 ev and one +1.3 ev. Then overlay and crop out the over-exposed part of the latter.
Result:

Nice idea, but it has some issues.
The left part is very blurry.
And the right bottom part shows some weird area's where there are some light squared area's?

Something like AEB but with panos?

u should do some fade between both layers - can be seen  border where they were combined. Nice idea.

Have you tried putting both (cropped) pano's through a HDR application such as in Photoshop?
