I bought an Osmo last week and have been trying to upgrade to the latest firmware from the Go App and also manually as instructed. When I tried to update it both automatically and manually it just would not till the battery drains out...I have even tried other older firmwares also and changed the SD cards also (compatible ones), but it won't...Here are the details:

1) Current firmware version - 1.0.1.19+
Camera - 02.71.56.55
Gimbal - 01.29.00.00
OFDM - 00.00.00.62

2) App version - DJI GO v3.1.18(641_go3_gpPhone)

3) Model number of my mobile devices - Samsung J2 and J2 Pro

4) Log file:

Delete history success.

Please try this way to update the firmware:
Download the firmware to the root directory of SD card;
Before power on, keep pressing the Trigger and Record button at the same time, then press Power switch for about 5 seconds until the indicator blinks red and green alternatively.
A few minutes later, when the indicator becomes solid green, delete the firmware in SD card and reboot the Osmo.
Here is the tutorial video for your reference:

I did as per your instruction. For the first time the update reached to 63%....But every now and then it goes back to 20% and hardly manages to reach 40%...the process continues multiple times till the battery drains out.
I am confused...
Kindly note that I have tried all the firmware updates available on the web, but the same thing happens..I have also tried 3 different sd cards with required speeds...The problem continues.

Which indicator blinks, left or right or is it supposed to alternate between them?

Currently I have followed the above text instructions and I have a left light  flashing red and a right light flashing green. Is it updating?

Please reply in text, I am out in the field and have an almost useless internet connection and cannot watch videos.

The osmo video stuck and despite my hard tries, it never takes videos oroperly...First of all, it takes 10-15 minutes to show the live preview and suddenly it would stuck after few seconds...Secondly, it takes videos for 2-3 seconds and gets stuck...
I have tried all the things DJI people normally instruct for the last one year, so please don't waste my time and just let me know where to send for a lroper check up? I have never ever been able to use it properly even oncd...I am in India, I am totally disappointed with DJI and I am confused.

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused if you manage to exhaust the troubleshooting and decided to send the unit to our repair facility. I would recommend sending the unit to our facility for further evaluation. Please see the link for you to contact our team.
