I've calibrated the compass, IMO, visual sensor, reinstalled firmware, calibrated RC. Am I doing something wrong here? I just want my platinum to straigten up and fly .. well straight.

Re calibrate the IMO and make sure your Table is  perfectly level  in all directions. and dont make any vibrations when doing so. sounds like its off a half a bubble

I've done that but I'd be glad to do it again. It doesn't seem to help.

Yes, except the calibrations, you can also check if the RC is in mode 2. And please tell us if there are any error codes in the app.

No errors and it’s in mode 1..non-sport mode.

Please try mode 2, which means the left stick is the throttle. If it doesn't help, it would be very helpful if you can provide us with a video of this case.

Just an update here for anyone else who might end up with the same problem.. after running through ALL the calibrations several times AND going through it all again with phone support...I had to send mine in .

It took 6 days to get mine and they say I should get a new one in about 7-10 business days from then.

Have you swapped the blades around to see if it pulls in the same direction ??

You might need to re-calibrate your IMU.

Yes and tried new props as well
