I cannot seem to find how to logout of my droid DJO go 4. A friend wants to try my droid tablet but it stays logged in with my account user name / pw.


I have poked around but do not see Logout anywhere.


Ideas suggestions?

From the main DJI GO 4 app screen, click on the Me icon in the bottom right of the screen:


Click the gear icon in the upper right of the screen. Towards the bottom of the next screen is the Sign Out option:

The tool icon in my version 4.1.5  (21-qp tablet) is in the top right corner which it is hard to see. Now I see it. Thanks!

I am using an iPad mini.  

I don't have a login screen, but I am not logged on.   And also no Logout as in the post. The reason I am searching, Synchronize flight records doesn't work

Hi, sorry for the late response, please provide your DJI GO 4 app version and do not delete your DJI GO 4 app if you're not able to sync your flight records. Thank you

What doe you mean?  And no, I won't delete the app, because I can't syncronize. Thats why I am here for help ;)_

Uninstall and installed app again. And  sign in button was there again. But i don’t  have a clue what could have happened there.

Hi, sorry for the late response. I would like to ask if you haven't signed on yet using your DJI GO 4 account? If you're seeing that page, meaning you're successfully log-in, however, if you're trying to sync the flight records you can follow to the procedure below.
*Launch the DJI GO 4 app
*Select three lines at the top right
*Select flight records
*Select the "Cloud" icon at the top right
*Select the specific amount of time and sync your flight records.

well, this is 4.2.22, not 4.2.24 which is the latest .

Anyway, i experience the same issue in the past.
From the main screen. go to MORE, then My  Ynlick NFZ Application,  you should be able to ling from there if you are not logged in

Thanks for the great thread. I fly an Inspire 2, w Cendence and CrystalSky. For the last 10 days I have fought this thing and DJI listened but could not find a solution. Yup, you need to LOGOUT completely from GO4 and then log back in with your email address and DJI password. On the CrystalSky that screen takes some searching. It is NOT the same as simply rebooting the CrystalSky. You need to LOGOUT. And your Flysafe needs to be current. The issue is likely that when you update your database, the app is not being updated also. Only logging out will fix that and reset the app. That said, I have told DJI number of times that for us FAA Part 107 commercial pilots, they need to eliminate the stupid Geo-fencing. How dare a foreign or domestic company control flights in the NAS where the FAA has the authority. Too often I have a project where I have LAANC approval and it falls into a DJI no-fly zone. DJI needs to provide respect to the federal agency who has the sole authority to authorize flights in the USA. My 2 bits......
