how to downsize from 4K to 1080
Recording on my iPad mini 4. Just wondering how it’s done.

There are free video converters you can download, as well as some that will convert the video for you online from your web browser, your files might be too large at 4k for that

Why record in 4k in the first place, it's pointless unless you intend to crop-in, save yourself the hassle, huge file sizes, processing power and record in 1080, you are only editing on an iPad?

Please download the cache video from your DJI GO 4 app. You can save it in the phone album and it is not the original video.

I can't confirm (since I don't own a MP yet), but I read about the quality of the 1080 footage of the MP not being too good.

You can do it in the post while you are editing, it gives you the option to choose your settings (resolution/fps/etc)
