How is that updated, manually, or automatically? Or how?

If you have purchased a NEW DJI product and connected via Go / Go4 app using the same email address as the one you use on this forum this will be updated automatically.
If you decide to sell your DJI product, it will still show up on the forum.
That is how it works at this moment.

The equipment is linked with the email address when you activated the unit. Is there anything else I can help?

I activated a Ronin 2 two days ago, with my account, and the Ronin app, i guess it doesnt apply to that kind of equipment then...

I've had my P4P+ since July  with this email addy and it's never showed up in the pane.

So no solution was ever found to this?

I have a P3, two P4s, and a Mavic Pro that were all used under my account. So, I'm not sure the system actually works.

I have no problems seeing that you have the Phantom 4 Pro?

Just to verify, is the Mavic Pro activated under your DJI Account? If yes, please kindly PM us the email address and aircraft SN, I'll check with the technicians.

Thats correct, as there are numerous other people here with the same issue, and that it seems to be a general problem with the forum system.

Double checked with the technicians, we currently just support the display for Ronin series for Ronin/Ronin-M/Ronin-MX. So sorry for the inconvenience caused by the current mechanism. Later we will open more options available for users.

I activated an M2Pro yesterday.  How long does it take to showup?

I also synced my flight records just 15 min ago..........as of that moment it wasn't listed.  And yes I used the same account.
HAHAHA,  Looky there.....guess it took a bit to crawl in there ;-)
