Sure you can buy the drone alone.
But why not send it in for a proper repair?

Post a link to your last flight LOG, let's try and figure out what happened..

New shell doesn't cost much, it is just plastic.  Gimbal is a bit more, but will be much cheaper to repair than replace.  Contact DJI support to get it sorted.

djiuser_2Riclx, I had almost the same thing just happen to my P4P 3 weeks ago. Got it back today for around $200. Camera was knocked off and one arm showed damage on the top and bottom shell. Hit a tree at about 50 feet up.

Lots better than just buying a new one.

I went to Support-->Repair Services on the main DJI site to send it in for fix.

This video just reinforces my paranoia about Drone Eating Trees (How many Drones have been eaten by trees to date, anyone know?).......

In my case I switched it to "Follow Me" mode and I assumed that the collision avoidance would continue working in that mode. Apparently not. On previous attempts of using that mode I had the drone much higher and safer.

Sorry for the crash, I would recommend you send the drone in for diagnosis and repair, please refer to this link to contact the Support, they'll start a case for you and guide you to send the drone in. https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav

Houston or I should say Alabama, we have a problem  .

Do you remember when we first entered this drone arena?

Been a couple of years here, for me.  But I had questions and often slow on the uptake, myself.
It's a great if diverse crew here, which grows a litter bigger with each subsequent new model release.

Thankfully, we all pretty much, get along well together. The extended DJI family. Ha

Yes, thankfully young  Justin Trudeau, followed his fathers footsteps. Right into the House of Commons.

Pierre Elliot Trudeau was a good Prime Minister for his time. He did Canada no harm.

Justin, was voted in with a landslide victory, mostly because he promised to legalize cannabis here.
Come July 2018, that promise will materialize into fruition. All Hail the chief!! Ha

Trump. ?? What can us freedom fighters say about him?
For me, personally the one nice thing I love about Trump, is Ivanka...

Why people continue to fly their expensive drones near large old growth trees is far beyond me.

I'm stumped. Haha

They seem to go together like a magnet and steel... Drawn in by the tree bark vortex.
