Help Please!
I have just got my Phantom 3 pro out for the first time since about august. I charged all my batteries & controller. started it up and it was saying "update controller, update the app". so I updated the controller and app (everything went fine). then I tried connected to my P3, the controller would not connect to the P3, so I linked the controller in the App & Hidden button by the SD card slot,(everything went fine) all connected again, then it said "update firmware, update camera" so done that (everything went fine) then put each battery in the phantom incase there was an battery update just to be on the safe side.
Then i took it out for a quick test flight, flew perfectly fine but the picture on my iPad mini kept refreshing all the time, so I landed it turned it off and checked my camera setting in the App, everything seemed ok.
Then I tried to fly again but got an error message when stating the motors.
"ESC Status Error" restart aircraft. if problem persist contact DJI.

I tried a couple of times turning it off and on again but now I just get same error message
and the motors will not start.

These are the versions the App is saying are installed in the "about" Tab
App: Version 3.1.22
Aircraft: Version 1.11.20
Remote Controller: Version 1.9.2
Basic App Fly Safe Database: Version 01.00.01.05

I have reinstalled the firmware again, but still the same problem

It flew absoulutly fine the last time i had it out in august before this update, it has never crashed or had a hard landing, only flown 20 times (1hr 20mins since March 2016)
so i think it could only be a software problem.


Below is a copy of the log that is added to the SD card after upgrade ( I dont really understand what it all means )

Any ideas what I can do to fix this??

We have a beta firmware, it may be able to solve this error. I've sent a link to you to download the bin file via PM, please give it a try, see if it works.

Thank you for the beta, it got my P3 working again, just need the rain to stop now for a full test flight.
still getting a poor video feed though, any ideas on that?

What mobile device are you using? Have you tested to fly the drone in different open areas? If yes, how is it going?

I'm using the iPad mini 3, yes i took it out in the middle of a field yesterday & My Garden just the same video feed problem.
a strange thing is?
when connected to my iPad the battery Bars (controller) in the Go App are clear, but when connected to my iPhone 7 they register?
don't know if this has any significance, everything else looks fine in the app just extremely poor video feed.
i do get the error poping  saying Mobile device CPU fully loaded now and again which I've never seen before on the iPad. i even factory rest my iPad  thinking it would make a difference but still the same. the cpu fully loaded has not appeared on my iPhone but still the video feed is no where near as good as it was before the updates, still getting a lot of glitches with video feed

Have you checked the HD settings? Please try to custom the channel and lower the Transmission Quality, see if it helps.

May I know when did this error start, after a firmware upgrading or crash?
