Any timeline on updating Dji Go app to utlize iphone x screen resolution. When flying i just get a scaled down window. The iphone plus was awesome to fly on.

You wouldn’t want a complete full screen though, as it would be covered by the mount for the controller, guess they are trying to work out the kinks , maybe having a controller mode and non controller mode

Hoping to see the DJI Go 4 utilize the full iPhone X screen as well.

Please update the DJI GO 4 to the latest version, 4.1.18. If you still encounter problems with IPhone X, please provide the crash log to us and we will try our best to fix that.

Please read the problem described. It doesn't crash, but it doesn't use a large amount of the iPhone X screen. There are two large black bars on either side, and as a result the app is tiny. It needs to be optimised for the device.

Is the latest version officially compatible with the iPhone X? My updated app crashes all the time on the iPhone X. Cannot even go into sport mode...instant crash. Should I just wait until DJI has worked all the bugs out? Is there a setting on the phone I am missing? Right now, it just won't fly unless I use an older iPhone. Then it works perfectly. Please advise. Thanks.

Sorry for the trouble it brings. IPhone X is not fully tested, please use the devices in our recommended list instead now. We will appreciate if you can export the crash log throgh ITool and provide it to us to locate the problem.

I hope you guys can get an update out soon to properly support the X. I imagine there is quite a cross over between people who like to buy your latest drones and people who like to buy Apple's latest phones. Bit silly not to be supporting it by now, the developer community has known since WWDC in June of the new safe areas and the 3 apps I work commercially on we had ready for the Nov 3 launch of the X.

Problem I have with the iPhone X. When trying to use POI. The keyboard comes up to set radius. Then you can’t get rid of the keyboard unless you close the app
