This is awesome, looks great, maybe I'll get me one of these, but i have my power converter in my car so I can use my charging hub and I also have 7  batteries so I can fly, fly, fly, fly alot

I just would like to know, why/if the Spark has to be in there for charging.
Can something else "cover" for the Spark?
Will it charge one or two batts, without the middle one?
Can the batteries and spark be stored in there for longer
Is it meant to be a transport box?
Does it fit in the shoulder bag?
Or do we can only use it for charging?

I was just looking at the Portable Charging Station over in the DJI store, but what I was wondering is, are there any plans for an automotive 12VDC adapter for the stock charger, or a dedicated automotive charger for the Spark battery?

A little more direct question on the actual charging stations. The accessories page for the Spark shows two different listings at two prices - one at $139 and one at $89 (USD). The specifications on both show the same model number and specs, and both list the same items "in the box." The $139 unit shows two batteries in the illustration, while the $89 unit does not. Is the difference between these that the more expensive one comes with extra batteries, but this didn't get listed on the website?

yes. Since freshly powered batteries are worth more than batteries that are powered up hours ago

Wrong.  I would Much rather have 2 extra batteries just charged the morning before I go flying. And I do! PLus a $20 Charger that is Much smaller that will charge 2 batteries with a 12v source.

Thanks Elektra! Wouldn't be a bad ideea to include the dimensions also on the product page on Dji store.

Can you use it as a "takeoff station" ? I mean if you turn the Spark On while it's still sitting on it, are you able to save the few precious battery percents that we all loose for check lists, GPS acquisitions etc ?

As above I’ve already asked the same question about whether It will charge batteries Without the Spark being in the charging station?.

Hi there, you can insert the battery (batteries) into the two sides of the charging station to charge it. Means you can charge two batteries at most without the drone init.
But note that it cannot be charged when there is only the battery (without mounting it on the drone) in the middle slot.

my order is same and DJI said its shipping on 11th of this month , so guessing yours be same as i orderd at same time as you ..hope this helps
