I have a P4P and I received a "Gimbal Motor Overloaded" message on November 1st, which of course made my camera inoperative.  I contacted DJI support, read all the relevant forum messages, tried to recalibrate the IMU & gimbal, did the firmware updates, DJI Go 4 App updates, etc...  I even went back to an older firmware version to see if that would help.  No luck... So on November 3rd I did a DJI return online and DJI emailed me a prepaid UPS label.  Cool!  They sent me "automated" emails when they received it on the 6th, again when they diagnosed the problem a couple days later, another one saying that it was covered under warranty and that it would take 3 to 5 business days to repair.  Then I received an email on the 13th telling me that my P4P had been shipped with a tracking number and I received it on the 14th.  Sweet! I did a complete "walk around" of the aircraft, everything looked good so I put in a battery, checked all the settings and went for a flight.  I've since flown it a few other times in various flight modes and in heavy winds, no problem, the camera & gimbal works great! I'll admit that sometimes we tend to only post our complaints or "issues".  I thought I'd send a shout-out to DJI for a job well done!!! Thanks, Larry Hackney
