Went to this "Ghost Town" on Svalbard this summer.

It was really interesting and fascinating to be on a place that once was a place full of life, and then was deserted.

I only had about 20 minutes to film before we were leaving and it was raining. Dont like to fly in the rain but was worth the risk to get some rare footage!

We have ghost towns here in Alberta as well.

When I said "Ghost Town" I meant it as the town is empty; abandoned. Once a thriving coal town inhabited by communist families. And then everybody left when the mine shut down. In a hurry it seems. Food on the table kind of hurry.

I felt very calm and peaceful here. No electicity, no phones or cellreception.

I will not say there was ghosts or not. Who knows.

Also made a vlog from here that I have shared earlier about the place and the truoble I had when I was going to fly there.

Nice capture of a once bustling place. Kinda sad too, to think of all the sweat dropped there.  

Isn't this a similar video that time you forgot your OTG cable and found a guy who just happen to have one? still a cool video.
