Dear DJI Team, could you please add an icon for ChrystalSky in the Forum software? I am referring to the list of DJI devices in use that each user gets displayed on the left side of her/his posts. Since ChrystalSky is reaching the marked on large scale now, I believe not to be the only one who would like to have this feature. Thank you!

Hello DJI Team,

My monitor - 7.85 ultra brightness screen has shut down but I can hear the monitor switch on and off, plus I can take a screenshot but unable to see anything. Any advice on how this can be fixed?

Hi there, we are sorry for the troubles with the CrystalSky, the backlight may be is not working, please start a ticket online and send in the CrystalSky for further diagnosis: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
