Hi all, i am just wondering how long the remote control battery usually last?
i now have 5 spark batteries so need my rc to last longer than my supply of drone betteries.  i use to carry a small power bank to top up my phone bettery until i recently upgraded to an iphone 8 plus and now my phone battery lasts much longer.
It only just crossed my mind that i dont actully know what to expect from the RC battery? i just did a quick serch but couldnt find anything.

Yeah you may get slightly longer so should be comfortable at that.

Also you can charge it via powerbank, easily.
Not sure if that would work during a flight and wifi connected.
but between flights for sure

I can only share my experiences so far. I own six Spark batteries and when I have flown them empty the first RC LED is out and the second maybe blinking. I have had at least one occasion where I had reloaded at least three batteries and have flown them empty again. And the RC battery was still quite far from being empty (I can't remember a percentage). Thus I can confirm that it is definitely not an issue of concern. It takes a lot of flights to empty the RC battery.

I think, DJI is sayin 2.5 hours of flight time.
And the most I flew, befor recharging, was about 100 minutes.
There was still one steady, the second just started blinking during the last flight.
I would not feel comfortable, starting with one Led blinking, methinks.
But it sems to be ok for about 2h usage, anyway.
And still is refillable, if needed, with any powerbank.
Not so picky, like the Spark itself ;-)

I have 7 batteries and when I'm out flying I usually charge the 3 first batteries that dies out with my car power converter, and I have flown up to 10-11 batteries before the RC reached 20-15% battery, but then I also turn off the RC when not using it in order to save as much battery life as possible, so you should have plenty of battery life in your RC to have lot of fun.
