I just got my Phantom 3 SE and it malfunction and crashed.  I have DJI refresh and I'm requesting a repair bit I can't get pass the Add Or Select contact page.  There is no state or region dropdown and I cant enter my phone number.  Anybody know what the problem is?  Got the drone on Friday but had the account for couple of weeks

Ok I figured out to select region, country and state before I entered my address  and it created the contact but now I can't get pass the Next button

It might because of the system error today. But it should work now, please try again.

I was actually able to get it to work yesterday and received a shipping label. Thank for your help
