I downloaded the DJI software to my new Samsung S8, then I upgraded the firmware.

Now, I cannot fly my Phantom 3 Advanced - get a "Remote Controller Signal Weak" blinking red error at the top of the app screen.  Also, there is no communication with the drone so no battery status or anything.  

What is the deal by simply getting a new phone and now I can't fly my drone!

DJI?  What's the fix?

Just to verify, is the firmware update successful? What's the current version of the aircraft, controller and APP? Could you upload a short video of this issue for better assistance?
