Yes I know, for crying out loud, not another can’t sync flight records has occurred post.

For 2 Weeks now I have not been able to sync my flight records via the dji go 4 app. I’m told that the sync failed every time I reach around 97%. I’ve tried via wifi, via cellular and the same issues keeps arising. I’m on latest ios, iPhone 7 Plus. Also latest version of dji go 4 app.

Have you already tired to uninstall the Go 4 App and then reinstall it?   Of course remember, if you have some flight records on this device that have not been sent to your account, they would be lost.

The only other thing you might try, go to general settings and clear the cache files.

Same problem here - "All" sync fails at 93%. Syncing the last month or 6 months works fine but since I have moved onto a new device I need to do an ALL sync. Even though the sync fails the flight records appear to have been downloaded to my device (i can see them via iTunes).

I have tried this on a newly built iPhone 7 and iPhone X running DJI Go 4.1.18, both have the same problem.

I discussed this issue with DJI support (via chat) and they didn't seem to know anything about the issue.

Hello DJI Mindy -
I am having the same problem with my Mavic Pro / Phantom Pro / Matrice 600 / Inspire. All syncing failing between the GO app and the GO 4 app. On three different iPhones, two iPad minis, and an iPad pro. This has been happening for 3 months now, through several versions of the app, and several firmwares on my aircraft.

Currently happening with iOS GO 4 (Ver. 4.1.18) & iOS GO (Ver. 3.1.22 2881) on iPhone 7+ and iPad Pro 10.5" both with iOS 11.1
Mavic Pro Firmware 01.04.0100
Inspire 1 Firmware Inspire 1 Firmware v01.11.01.50 (X3)

All devices successfully sync flight logs with 1 month and 6 month times, but always fail in ALL at 97%

I don’t know why or how but all my flights synced today using the DJI Go app. I don’t think there was an update so maybe DJI corrected something internally. I know from another source DJI IT has been working on the sync issues.

The latest update to the DJI Go 4 app version 4.1.20 does not fix the sync issue. I know it wasn't listed as an item for the update but I still checked.
