Well I went to charge my batteries and got this error with 1 set.

Tried to upload original pics. They were 2 big

As you can see this is th first charge.
I did not get this error before I charged the battery.
Where do I go from here???

Do what it says. Discharge the battery to 5% or less, and recharge. Hopefully that will reset the battery.

you have one cell broken maybe your battery is dead dji give 6 mothn on battery warranty try to contact support

Could you please try to fully discharge the battery until it powers off automatically and then fully charge again?
If the error persists and the battery is still in warranty period, please send in for diagnosis, thank you.
