I recently purchased a galaxy note 8 and the DJI osmo mobile. It seems to balance ok but when I downloaded the go 4 app... the osmo mobile is not listed . Am I doing something wrong.. have I dowloaded the wrong app??... Help!!

Yes wrong app. You need the older DJI GO app (Not Go 4). Go 4 is just for the latest drones Spark/Mavic/P4/Inspire 2/Matrice. It's all in the manual - the quick start guide even has a Qcode for you to link direct to the app.

I made the same 'mistake'.
Some would say RTF
