I've tried all the updates and to no avail it doesn't work.. I have 3 batteries too and it keeps telling me to update the battery.. the ccamera works fine as well I unplugged the camera and I still got the no image transmission signal. What is my next step? Posting the logs? Where on the Microsd is it?

Please provide the machine info for a better help. For no image transmission issue, please try to reinstall the app or change another mobile device to test. Also, please update the battery along with the machine. If it doesn't help, please provide me with the screenshot of the version info, here is the route: start the machine, enter device, general settings, about.

I changed the device it got rid of no image transmission signal but I'm getting no view of the camera at all. Screen is just blank

This sounds like a problem I just had. I downgraded the firmware then reupdated it. Fixed all my problems. Hope this helps!

No Signal Resolved

My friend switched flat cable from gimbal and No Sign disappeared and the transmission of the image returned to work, this was the solution.

Recently updated controller, aircraft and Ipad and I have no Image Transmission. I have gimbal control and images are recorded on SD card but not image transmission. Any suggestions? I've also tried downgrading and upgrading to no avil.

SOLUTION

Finally cracked it, here is what worked for our platform. Thanks in large part to DJI Thor for his help. Here is the link to his solution as well, post #14

My solution
Firmware is the same as originally stated  above
In the HD tab of the go app set the following to ...
Bandwidth 100% EXT
Enable EXT Port   ON
Image Transmission Mode Auto
App Output Mode EXT
Enable HDMI/SDI ON
Output device HDMI
Output format 720p24 (all settings worked)
OSD set to default
