phantom 3 professional

I am experiencing the "ESC error" message with the phantom 3 pro. All firmware updated. Can you please help ?

I got the same issue on an Inspire 1 Pro (out of warranty). Each time i want to take off i get "ESC status error".
I brought the drone to DJI store and they quoted me with a replacement of the "Inspire 1 Flight Controller Module" for around USD 235.
I have serious doubt that this is a hardware issue (motor looks in good condition and the drone flew less than 60 hours).
Any advice would be welcome ;)

We've tried using your DJI Forum account to see the exact DJI aircraft you referred to. We've found Mavic Mini that is associated with your Forum account. Hi i am experiencing the same issue, everything worked until i crashed into a tree. I had to replace a motor but now everytime i try to take off i get a ESC error. Please help i am very new to drones and have no experience dealing with them.

I have recently purchased a Phantom 3 pro. The intention is to become more familiar with drones before buying an Inspire for profwsional work. ( I own a small but active production company) we own our own aircraft but feel a drone will give us versatility.

Today we flew the Phantome for the first time...all was ok.....landed it to change batteries... the turned it on again...got ESC error ...turned it off an kn a few times .... googled the issue ...to determine the issue... then we tried again...,all was now fine again... why is this, what causes it...can we expect this to continue ...what fixes are available... how can firmware fix its self ?

Hello, I have inspire 1 with the same problem after upgrade to latest firmware. I have download firmware form DJI webpage, install it in aircraft. Controller is also upgraded. Motors do not start - esc error, contact support. Can I ask fo help?

ERROR 4NO. ERROR &  GIMBAL ERROR. Please help me this thing is practically brand new now with everything I have changed

but now new problem on both phantoms
when try to start motors i get “ESC error status “

Hey DJI Diana, the new firmware did the trick. After updating I was able to start my drone normally again. No ESC error appeared. Thanks!
