Recently, my Spark has been unflyable due to video lagging by about 5-10 seconds. I previously had not had any problems with video lagging. I started using OTG cable rather than WIFI for my remote. I updated everything. I reset the video cache. I tried flying somewhere else. I tried a different device. I tried uninstalling and re-installing DJI app. Finally, I tried re-formating the SD card on the Spark through the DJI app. It seems like it worked! Just wanted to share this in case anyone else has a similar video lagging issues.

You can update your spark to the latest firmware by DJI assistant 2. Please note that spark have no beta now. Please write in English, so everyone can understand your meaning. Thanks for your cooperation.

I just wanted to add that the re format of the SD card fixed the lag for me too.

This is a great tip - made the note. I've made it a habit of formatting with new SD cards in the past and wouldn't have considered it to be a variable with those kinds of issues. Really good to know!

I format the SD card as part of my pre-flight check. I do the same for my DSLRs and have never had an issue with either.
