HI guys, this is my first DJI drone and it took 2 days to set the things up for me ( sorry, I should cut the crap)
when ever I plug the Otg cable from Phone to the controller, the controller starts charging and within 2 minutes my phone dies even both devices are fully charged. all the software and firmware are up to date and Im using a Nexus 6P with android 8.0.
has any one had the same problem??

Your OTG adapter needs to sit at the RC
Not at the phone.
Then you may experience a little charging current towards the phone
(RC is charging mine with 70mA or such)

Rayan, did your RC work normally when you connect your drone with wifi instead of OTG?

HI, DJI Electra, yes. it was working properly.but I heard that using an otg cable is better than using wifi. thats why im trying to do this.

I have the dame issue with my iPhone 6 plus. With the Spark and the Phantom 3.
So it is a phone problem I think?

With wifi and OTG cable same problem. Can fly 40 minutes with phone, then from 100% to 1%. When I charge it is in seconds on 40%.
With new Samsung Galaxy no problems.

Please use wifi connection instead as it is more stable. If the problems appear when you use wifi connection, please provide me the flight data and the black box data.
