Those that have a MPP, how does it handle in the wind?  Does it handle as well, worse or better than the MP?

In my experience, it's about the same.

if more than 15Mph its not good
In terms of hover at 15-20Mph yeah it look stable
however if you going headwind in P-Mode then you looking at a turtle, Yes I use sports mode but with that kinda wind if you lost signal and RTH initiated with headwind I doubt it will make it on time

fly safe, don't take it too far away during windy condition
keep LOS

Do you know if the Mavic Pro (not Platinum) handles the wind better?  And, are you flying with the collision sensors on or off?  If you turned them off should P mode have handled the wind better?

the Mavic pro handle it better as I heard from other thread from few ppl, I guess the new prop could have something to do with I am not sure, I assume either with Sensor on or off RTH has fixed speed and disabling OA will not increase RTH speed, Correct me if i'm wrong

Obstacle Avoidance is most effected by direct sunlight to the forward sensors. I have had my Mavic come to a dead stop and hover at altitude ) like there was a brick wall in front of it ) until I turned it away from the sun, then it would fly again. Have a friend who has a MPP, we flew together last week just to see if there was much difference, it was negligible at best.

I won't take the Mavic up if Ground Level wind exceed 10mph gusts, very light drone and doesn't deal with the wind as well as the Phantom series.

MP handles the wind well but keep within LOS or at the very least not too far away. If 15-20 mph winds, it's going to take up a lot of battery trying to get back to home base. Stay in S-mode if not you're really going to struggle and may run out of battery.

Are you are speaking of the MP and not the MPP Correct?

Theoretically, they own the same ability to resist the wind, according to the manual, we don't suggest flying when the wind speed exceeds 10m/s both for Mavic Pro and Platinum.

My MP & MPP have flown equally well in windy conditions.  MPP is definitely peppier under acceleration, video is similar, battery lasts longer.  Side by side, same flight conditions, back to back flights.  Now that I have MPP, I take MP out for longer ventures, no video problems with massive tree obstruction.
