Hi all i went out yesterday to take some photos planning on having it printed to acryllic for my office wall.  the 4 pro is new to me but after landing was able to view files straight away on my phone.
Got home and put memory card into my computer and no photos or video there.
It is the 16gb card i had with the device used a few times no problem became full so i deleted the vids on my mac and put back in drone.


I went to upload pic from my phone on jessops to be told poor image size not suityable to print.

I understand this is due to only being a preview but dont understand why it is not on my memory card or how to rectify.

I did 2 flights and took approx 20 photos and 5 videos as paused and started again to keep file size down all on mobile but nothing at all on memory card


Any help greatly appreciated.

I would try format the card in the drone and try some test shots. (you could try a file recovery program on the card if these are something you desperately need but I don't hold much hope that they will be there)

Sounds like you didn't format the card before reinserting into the drone.

tried a recovery program no joy, how do you format the card, I'm gutted

insert your Sd card in your drone
power both drone and remote
Menu/ click on the spanner/scroll down/ format SD Card.
