When I try to calibrate with DJi Assistant 2 v1.1.6 for some reason it not loading? Have anyone have similar issues?

When you say "not loading", do you mean that you click on the Calibrate button but it wont start? It's just greyed out?

If so, uninstall Assistant 2, reboot your PC into maintenance mode (click <Shift> + Restart, and select that mode), and when restarting select option #7 to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement. Then reinstall Assistant 2, and when it installs device drivers in the DOS box (the black window) you will be prompted whether you want to install some drivers - say Yes each time.
Then don't reboot, and run Assistant 2 as Administrator (right click the desktop icon and then the option).
There are a couple of drivers which otherwise silently don't install properly as they lack a digital signature. One is the Vision driver which communicates between craft and Assistant when doing the Calibration.

Yeah, but this is a calibration issue which has been around for a while now. The DJI mods here have taken on board the driver signature issue, but still not fully resolved with v1.1.8. Interestingly, v1.1.6 prompted to install two unsigned drivers, whereas v1.1.8 only prompted once.

Now, if only DJI can resolve the not Transmitting issue for firmware updates... Sigh.

Oops! Then no idea - sorry. Although I recall another thread regarding Macs some time back. Perhaps you should try googling it? You'll pick up threads in PhantomPilots that way too.

Still, please try to reinstall the application, or try to change another connecting cable, if it doesn't help, please provide us with the screenshot of the Assistant 2 interface, will help to check.
