FYI. Be careful in NYC, NYPD is hunting drones in New York City "In New York city it is mostly illegal to fly drones, except in the five designated parks."

I mostly fly pretty low, and only rise like that to take those shots, but otherwise, I'm actually pretty close to ground level, unless I'm in brooklyn in a pretty deserted area, and since there aren't any state designated laws yet, as long as I'm not near an airport or near any people, it doesn't seem to be against the law, yet.
