guys..... anyone can help me. my dji drone phantom 4, 3 months ago i didnt used it. Yesterday, i want to used it. but i have a problem, my android dji go 4 application tell me that my remote control have to used inspire. so, i cant do anything........... do you have solutions

I was select phantom. But it always send me to inspire 1. I used samsung galaxy s8+

Please try to reinstall the app, if the issue persists, please provide me with the screenshot of the app, will help to check.

I was did it. 10 minutes ago. But the probkem persists. So i send the switch warning.

Did you also install DJI Go APP in your mobile phone? If so, please make sure DJI Go has been closed completely.
If the problem persists, please try to reset the remote controller.
* Turn on the controller, and make sure the aircraft is off.
* PressC1, C2, and shutter on the controller and then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote.

It doesn't works. Still the same. The remote control normally press twice. But now it's only press one time and get started. Just for information the indicator light is green. Any solutions?

Just to verify, the RC can be powered on after one press, right? It sounds strange, please kindly offer a short video of this for better assistance, thanks!

Hi sir, this is the last try: keep the RC off, press and hold C1, C2 recording button, ISO dial, then power on the RC at the same time, connect the mobile device and launch the app, then if there is a firmware you can load, download and refresh the RC.
If this way doesn't work, please kindly send it back for repair. Please contact support@dji.com for a further help.

For all of you... i was send my problems to dji about 3 months ago. They did not give me any solutions or responds. Are they throw my problems to the ocean just like drone going down? I really dont understand. Or dji only needs my money and they did not hear me. To all who have connection to dji. Tell them: i am verry verry angry.
