Hi Thor, no need to apologise the damage is already done. This drone was suppose to be new, yet it came in an opened box with the stickers already removed from the legs and the gimbal clamp wasn't on properly.
As one of the guys described ... this aircraft is a lemon, i've had compass error that wont calibrate i have IMU error, it wont fly in a straight line, it has control inputs that i haven't given, the list goes on.
3 drones and one controller all faulty and not fixed, i don't think i'll be going down the standard repair route anymore Thor but thanks for the offer. I need my fellow Mavic colleagues to know that this is happening and that there is a solution.

That's really frustrating, we still want you to send it back to us to correct it. For the customer service, I will forward this situation to the designated team, we will do our best to improve the service and product quality. So it would be so nice if you could provide me with your previous case number. Extremely sorry again.
