How many threads are you going  to start on this vendetta? We understand that you're frustrated, as well you should be but you might want to confine your complaints to one thread.

Frustration is very understandable, it is not your fault and hope this billion dollar business sorts it for you very soon and give you a free set of props.  

DJI's European HQ is based in the Netherlands - that is where all of their products purchased in Europe are sent that require repair/service/replacement/refund and in my experience they are very helpful. ALL manufacturers operate within the laws where the products are sold. Whilst DJI is a Chinese organisation your statutory consumer rights are still protected by the country of origin where the product was purchased. I am not familiar with your case but if you bought an Apple product in London, England and returned it after your warranty expired you will have to pay for the repairs - location has nothing to do with it...
