How do I extract the flight record inside CrystalSky's internal storage? I want to extract the visual display viewed through DJI Go4 and the txt file using the CSky's Explorer.

I would recommend you connect your crystalsky with computer and find the document of flight record. Here is the path: \DJI\dji.pilot\FlightRecord\ .

Here are the steps to export the flight records:
a. Please connect CrystalSky to your computer via USB cable, the computer will install the Driver automatically.
b. Press the ''Bell'' icon on the top left corner to enter menu page.
c. Tap “USB connected” at the bottom and then “TURN ON USB STORAGE” on the screen.
d. You can find the flight records folder here:  DJI:\DJI\dji.go.v4\FlightRecord

I'm also trying to get the flight records from my Crystalsky.

When I connect, using the micro USB cable, to my 2017 iMac, nothing happens.

What do you mean by "the computer will install the Driver automatically"?

Hi Mindy,

I've tried all of the above and the driver does not download.

I'm on a MacBook Pro 2017.

Is there any way to download the drive online?

Many thanks,

ludo

Hi Mindy,

No need for any driver. I used the central USB-C port on the CS (used to connect to the controller). But you need the correct cable and do it in the correct sequence. Turn on CS. Connect the cable to the CS. Attach the USB adapter to your Macbook. Connect the cable from the CS to the Macbook adapter.
