Hello, me bought iPad mini2 for phantom 3. But after sell phantom 3adv and buy Phantom 4, on ipad mini2 are green links. So, now i need new tablet. On iOS app DJI4 like me minimaps on right and gyro, motors and direction. On android app is minimap or gyro on left :-( . What tablet buy? ipad mini4, or android Lenovo Tab4 8'' plus(8 core, 4gb ram)? please help me

Yes, I most definitely agree with DJI Susan. The iOS devices seem to be a "little" more stable...
Using an iPad Air2 Cellular for my own dedicated device, and it has been great. No problems at all.

Using a device that has adequate processing power is important.  The Air2 has plenty to spare.

I hear less complaints about the iPad4 than the Lenovo.  Somehow it seems DJI dials in Mac products better to their firmware.

please, one more question. Me found Huawei mediapad m3 with LTE. Is better then ipad mini4? because 8 core, 4gb ram, with ipad mini4 i have sometime problem, far more then 2km, blinking green line.

Ok, how about this. Along the same lines, will an iPad Mini 3 work as well as the 4? I just dropped $1500 on my P4P but I realize I have to get an IOS based device.
Another $400 for a mini 4 is gonna kill me.

See if you can pick up a used one from an online pawn shop, that's what I did.

GO 4.1.x now requires at least an A8X CPU to manage the demands of the app's transmission decoding. That's why iPads/iPhones with lesser CPUs can't display a clean image, and why they heat up (CPU working overtime).

As stated previously, the iPad Air 2 (with an A8X) would be the new minimum. So, no, I wouldn't recommend the iPad Mini 3 which has the A7.

Alternatively you could invest in Litchi, which is a leaner app which doesn't appear to have the same demands on the platform.

Got a Mini 4 on sale at Best Buy for $299! The world is now as it should be! Zero glitches like I was having before! Thanks all!
