I had a little accident with my 4. It fell off a table and had a slicght knock as it hit the rug. No cracks or damage other than the leg cover coming detached slightly. As I tried to get it back in, with a blunt knife, it sheared the wire.
What steps are needed to get the device to DJI  for repair and a check over?

Everything is normal, the camera, the gimble but I want it looked at.

Hopefully it would be fixed without to much trouble and expense.

Is the antenna still working ok?

I haven't tried it since I sheared the wire. It was all good before.

Don't be surprised to see something like a compass warning.

An absolute nightmare. I'm going round in circles.

They'll repair it but be prepared to shell out some $$$.

Hi. An update to the damage. I have flown the 4 with caution and I had no warnings on initial take-off however, as I climbed to 150 metres, a warning came on my screen... Motor overload, de-accelerating!

I noticed when I attached the propellers, the black which is to the left of the camera, it its stiffer to attach. Also, when attaching the battery, there is play (Wobbles) and a gap if moved swayed about by hand movement.
I have already filed a repair report but I have not mentioned any of the above. Can I update the report?

Any part can be changed just like Propeller Installation Kit which you put propellers on, there's nothing impossible, things happened sometimes

bummer NGF and you can't even boast a spectacular crash as the cause

Must have a very hard floor!

If it isn't carpeted, it'll be hard. I have Karndean. Da Vinci, Italian oxide slate
