DJI...

I still CANNOT sync my 267 flights back to any of my Apple products... The maximum number of flights I get to see on a NEW Apple iPad Pro 10,5" (256GB) is ONLY 194. I have seen several errors in the log files... you told me all 267 flights are on the server... but how is it possible that I cannot gewt them to my FRESH installed Apple iPad Pro's... (indeed also does not work on my new (2 days old) Apple iPad Pro 12,9" ... frustrating and you promised me some help...

Please take some action!~

Did you manage to get the logs out for them they asked for?

sure I did!! But no real helpful response, nor a solution...
Besides that I am SURE the "faultr" is not on my side... I expierience this with all three Apple units I own and use and I also checked it with various WiFi points...
I am not so very happy with the fact, that DJI can influence this in any way...

I still have ONE complete set of flight records on the DJI GO app which I use for filming with my OSMO+... but on the DJI GO 4 apps I only got 194 of the 267 flights I made until now back...


They told me that there are 267 flight records on their servers... but they did not tell me why I can only sync those 194 of them...

A pity and a kind of a shame as well...

Interesting... this is a screenshot from this thread... the screenshot is from a INSTRUCTION VIDEO from DJI itself... (you can find it in this thread) and it is EXACTLY what I get on my Apple products when syncing Flightrecords... of my 267 flights I get 194 back... "SYNC FAILED. RETRY" which I of course did around 80 times... NO CHANGE...
You know about my problem... you answered... I have send my account info... but nothing changed yet... Sync fails EVERY time and KEEPS FAILING at around 93-94%
