This is a forum offered to owner's of DJI products. Shouldn't DJI offer assistance to owners needing help? I have opened a thread more than 2 weeks go which IMHO should be easy for a DJI rep to answer but no help whatsoever.

I am having trouble with DJI ... if all the small people band together maybe we can get support.  I am looking for suggestions as to how to move forward

Sorry did you say DJI and HELP in the same sentence?  Good fckin luck !!!!   This company is a jokeshow and pretty much can eat a bag of dicks.  Worst customer support, worst instructional information ever & basically not giving s shit about anything but making money.
