Hello
Can DJI create an adapted lens hood for the phantom 4 pro lens ?
It is very important to avoid flare and increase the contrast.
Sometimes when the sun is just on the side, some red colored bandings destroy the picture. Just a good lens hood is enought to stop that !

Just a quick find, so no personal experience.

I've tried similar but found they were too heavy for the camera and too big for calibration without leg extenders on the 4 pro. Reluctantly gave up. Used one regularly on a 3 adv  without any problems.

Here's a link to the hoods I bought for the phantom 4 pro:

They are light 4g? but the gimbal just didn't like them at all which was a big disappointment.

I have the same lens hood.  I cut the bottom off and trimmed the sides a bit too.  Still the gimbal does not like it.  Keep getting an overloaded error from the camera.
Hard to believe that someone hasn't come up with one that will work.  I am always having sun flare problems.

Yes, I too found the petal lens hood, to be too long for initial startup. The hood drags on the ground.

Once the initalizatilon  completes, the gimbal can carry the hood, no problem.

I’m flying a Phantom 3 Pro.
