New inspire 1V2 gimble and camera completely unrepsonsive

Hello All!  I recently ordered a new Inspire 1 V2. I got everything put together and when I powered everything up the camera and gimbal are completely unresponsive. they just hang limp. I have tried to update the firmware but it acts like there is no power to the unit. I get a blue light upon start up. the app says that I need to update firmware on aircraft. I did update the firmware on the remote already. the app shows that the gimble is disconnected but it is vey obviously attached. any help would be greatly appreciated.

the Inspire is in landing mode with the legs lowered correct? can you post a pic to confirm

actually that's a whole other issue. it wont lower the legs had it propped up so to not to damage the camera or anything else from resting on a hard surface.

ok well the camera/gimbal wont work when in travel mode.

what you need to do is down grade the remote firmware, then turn on both inspire and remote, toggle the transform switch on the remote 3-5 times up and down to get the inspire into landing mode. then turn it off and install the camera/gimbal, then turn back on.

also tip for doing the firmware updates ALWAYS do the inspire first with the remote off, then do the remote 2nd

Ok now that I did the downgrade on the remote the app is saying the aircraft is disconnected. So of course can't get the drone out of travel mode if it's not connected.

go in the app and link the remote to the drone. it happens sometimes after an update

What is the current firmware version of RC and aircraft?
Firstly, the firmware of them must be matched and link successfully, then the drone must exit travel mode, otherwise, the gimbal will not work.
