yes you are right i do believe

BBC probably see money in it.  Only a matter of time we will see drone Outlaws.  I will be amongst them.  I fly safely and where I wish and never in an obvious no fly zone.

Be telling me where I can plant my veg next.

I live in a village in the mountains and have already heard the common talk about the new drone in the village ... one guy, it will scare the cows and so it goes on.  The kids love it,   'you see that drone' etc etc.

They will all want a nice arial photo of their house soon and say is not technology wonderful.

Education is the key. Whenever I’m flying I make sure to answer any questions and allow people to look at my screen, it often generates a better understanding and lesson the feeling of being spied on.

Your so right education is key .

This will achieve absolutely nothing, the law breakers will not take the test and still continue to fly where they like... What would this mandatory test achieve?
