Hello DJI and Users i saw today that the BBC News put out an article on how in Spring 2018 there will be a new law on how Drone Operators will need to submit a flight test on drones over 250g. Will DJI Make a Article on this and show users what to do. Anyone Know Any other knoloage on this would help alot thank you !!!

The details have not been finalised and published yet so DJI and others won't be able to tell you much.

I'll make a guess though - based on Irelands IAA and USAs FAA way of doing it - £5 per year per drone with a multiple choice series of a few questions based around the drone code.
Of course, it won't make any difference to those who want to break the law for whatever reason - but at least it will help to calm down the Daily Fail readers.

I have not upgraded to the latest DJI Go 4 App (dated this past week) but from what I am hearing there are questions that NOW come up in the app before you can fly.  Here is a picture of one of the 10 questions that some one posted on another forum.

Something similar exists in Danmark since july 1, 2017. A small online quiz concerning the rules, and registering as a drone owner for a fee of 15 DKK (1.8 GBP). This is for "amateurs", not for those who fly drones for professional/commercial uses...
