I ordered a Phantom 4 Pro in Obsidian 5 weeks ago.  Order not showing as shipped yet, payment was made and has cleared.  Any ideas on how long it typically takes to ship?

Maybe they are backlogged or I will customer service and find out where it is at

That is a long wait

"Shipped" generally means that the shipping company has been notified.
That could mean that they are waiting for UPS to pick up the package to send it to you, ot ir is somewhere in transit.
Usually, after the "shipped" status, they notify you of the shipper and the tracking info.  Give it a day or so, as it is over the weekend.
In the United States, shipping can be anywhere up to 10 days if using ground service.
