Firmware update version 1.11.20
When I try to install new version 1.11.20 I get this code; however when conntected to remote it shows Overall Status - Normal (Latest Firmware).  Everything works as should but no video signal.  And there is a No Image Transmission Signal error.  Please advise!

Delete history success.

Refresh the firmware, how?

Download another copy..

reinstalled a new downloaded copy and still get "Failed" result.  Also tried to install version 1.10.0090, it "Failed" as well.

Did you follow the directions in the video below from DJI?

When deciding to reinstall an app,  or what ever, please delete your internet cache and all cookies first.

Then reboot your device, and simply reinstall the update, fresh.  With a clean install. ;-)

once you get all the updates installed you probally will have to relink the rc.

The latest v1.11.20 firmware does not support to refresh or downgrade. If you have got the latest aircraft and RC firmware, please try to link RC. Also, please make sure the pins on the side of gimbal is well seated.

FYI I ended up sending it in to DJI for repairs per DJI's suggestion.  Thanks for all of the help...happy flying!
