The DJI bracket for mounting the Crystal Sky 5.5-inch monitor is not yet available.  But I want to purchase the monitor and start using it very soon.  Trying to figure out how to mount it to my Osmo+ untili the DJI bracket is available.  Has anyone already done this with any degree of success?

Thanks for your reply... already have the extension arm but this is the mount for the Osmo Pro/Raw and not the Osmo+, as it has a USB connection that has no "home" on my Osmo+ system.  Hence I am looking for success stories for anyone that has mounted the Crystal Sky on the  Osmo+.

Yeah, the cable is not utilised on the Osmo+ as the CrystalSky would connect over WiFi.

We are sorry that the CrystalSky bracket for Osmo/Osmo+ hasn't been released at the moment.
You can also mount CrystalSky Osmo Pro/RAW Mounting Bracket to the Osmo or Osmo+ with the Osmo - Straight Extension Arm.
USB cable in the bracket would be useless.

I'm hoping the release of the  bracket for the Osmo+ is not all that far away since the bracket for the Osmo Pro/RAW has been released, so I'll just wait a while longer... thanks!

I made my own out of a wired adapter and just disassembled it and removed the RS232 wiring harness...... couldn't wait any longer

Hi, I use CS with Osmo + and works perfect.
It may be that the environment  you have a lot of interference.
Is the frequency of the wireless in 2.4 or 5g?

i haven't received CS yet, i was just asking because it seems ppl have a lot of problems.

Good to know Rapazcl! I can't wait to get it and try it out. Can you post a picture of your set up? do you use the Z axis + extension? I need to figure out how i will mount a videomicro on it.

  With the Z axis, the CS must be further back to balance the weight

without z axis .

yes, but you have to turn the bolt and put it in the arm extension, later I'll send you photos with the details

I got all my stuff. Haven't had time to really play with it, but it works. Using 5.5" Crystal SKy with Z axis is amazing. Perfect run and go, esp because we have 4 hi-capacity batteries that can be swapped out.

No lag on Crystalsky screen, an stays connected consistently. One of the best solutions put together.

Hi Using CSky 7.8 Osmo Plus would it be OK to cut of the cable on the mounting bracket that's not used? Just wanted to check as the other end does connect to the underside of the CS screen Thanks Tony
